How we collaborate
How I work: five stages, one person.
At every stage you know what you do, what I do and what you get at the end. The figure at the bottom of the screen shows which stage you’re on right now.
-
Brief
We start with a short form: what you need, who the site is for, what it should do and what budget you have in mind.
YouYou fill in the brief — about 10 minutes.
MeI read it and ask about anything that’s missing.
You getA clear site goal and answers to open questions.
-
Concepts
I prepare 2–3 homepage visuals, each in a different direction. Instead of describing how the site should look, you pick from what you see.
YouYou choose a direction and say what to change.
MeI design 2–3 different proposals.
You getA chosen visual direction.
-
Design and quote
I expand the chosen concept with the sections, pages and features you need. Once the full scope is clear, I prepare a concrete quote.
YouYou approve the design and the quote.
MeI design the full set of screens.
You getThe site design and a price with no surprises.
-
Code
I build the site to the design so it works on phones and meets accessibility requirements (WCAG). You follow progress on a staging version.
YouYou supply copy and photos, and you test.
MeI code and wire up forms and integrations.
You getA working site on staging.
-
Launch
I publish the site under your domain, connect analytics, check everything live once more and show you how to edit content yourself.
YouYou give the green light to go live.
MeI publish the site and walk you through the admin.
You getThe live site and access to the panel.

Deposit first, balance after launch
