WebCare maintenance · company website

Pro-Gastro

I look after the site of a Łódź company that designs and equips commercial kitchens. The site is up to date, backed up and working when customers look for it.

Challenge

A large site that brings in enquiries.

Pro-Gastro has seven services with subpages, projects, catalogues, references and a blog. Every outdated plugin or outage risks a restaurant or hotel never reaching the contact form.

Solution

Steady care instead of firefighting.

I took the site into WebCare. I look after updates, backups and uptime, and make small content changes as they come up.

What I do as part of the care

The client runs a catering business; I keep the site up to date and secure.

  • Twice a month Updates I update the system, theme and plugins after checking that nothing breaks. Critical fixes go in outside the schedule.
  • Every 2 weeks Backups A copy of the site kept off the server, ready to restore.
  • Around the clock Monitoring I see downtime right away, not from a client’s phone call.
  • Monthly Report A short summary: what I updated, what I fixed, what to watch out for.
